What is the Wonder Travel Studio Online Booking Tool?
It’s your effortless way to reserve hotel rooms quickly and independently while still enjoying exclusive perks. Through the tool, you’ll access benefits like complimentary breakfast, priority upgrades, resort credits, early check-ins, and more. Simply enter your preferred dates and location to explore available options! Once you book, we’ll be notified to ensure your stay receives the VIP treatment you’ve come to expect.
What if the hotel I’m looking for isn’t listed?
First, x out/unselect the “preferred partner rate code” filter (example of how to do this here) and then search again. If you still don’t see the hotel you are looking for, please reach out to us directly, and we’ll look into securing perks and benefits for your chosen hotel. In most cases, we can enhance your reservation with exclusive amenities. This also gives us the opportunity to liaise with the hotel on your behalf, ensuring your experience is seamlessly coordinated and that you’re VIP-listed.
Is it free to use the booking tool?
Yes! Using the booking tool is completely free.
Why shouldn’t I just book through AMEX FHR?
First of all, we can also book through AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR) if that’s your preference! However, booking with us offers you access to a broader array of exclusive programs. These include Virtuoso, Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Rosewood Elite, Oetker Pearl Collection, Sofitel STEP, Belmond Bellini Club, Dorchester Diamond Club, Hyatt Prive, Marriott STARS, and many more. Each program is tailored to elevate your experience, often providing benefits that go beyond what AMEX FHR offers, ensuring you get the most value for your booking.
How do I book more than one room?
Currently, the tool allows one room per transaction. If you need to book multiple rooms, simply make separate reservations for each one. We’re working on an update to make this even easier in the future!
What if I need to cancel my hotel stay?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. To cancel or modify your stay:
Click “View Trip” at the bottom of your confirmation email.
This will open your booking details in a browser, where you’ll find an option to cancel.
Alternatively, you can contact us, and we’ll handle the cancellation for you.
Can I use the booking tool if I’ve never booked with Wonder Travel Studio before?
Absolutely! We’re thrilled to work with you and can’t wait for you to experience the exclusive benefits of booking through hotel VIP programs. Feel free to share the portal with your friends and family too!
What should I book if I see both Virtuoso, hotel specific programs (like Hyatt Prive or Four Seasons PP) and Wonder Travel Studio VIP rates for the same hotel?
If prices are the same, we recommend booking the hotel’s specific program first, or Wonder Travel Studio VIP Preferred Program, as hotels prioritize their own Partner Programs over other VIP options. Virtuoso is an excellent alternative if the hotel doesn’t offer their own Preferred Program. Occasionally, Virtuoso may have exclusive promotions that make it the better choice—if so, go ahead and book the Virtuoso rate instead! For any Four Seasons, you always want to book the PP (preferred partner) rate.
Am I booking directly with the hotel?
Yes! All bookings made through our portal are direct with the hotel, not through third-party sites.
What are the terms and conditions?
Since all bookings are direct with the hotel, the terms and conditions for your stay are set by the hotel itself. Be sure to review these details when booking.
I’ve received my confirmation email. Am I all set?
Yes! Once you receive a confirmation email from Travelwits, your reservation is complete. Both the hotel and our team will have your booking details. After you book, we will follow up to collect your arrival information and ensure everything is perfectly arranged for your stay.
I don't want to book this way. Can I just contact you for hotel bookings?
